AXDRAFT is a contract drafting and workflow automation tool that sits alongside ContractWorks. Users build dynamic templates, answer guided questions to generate contracts, and route reviews and approvals within AXDRAFT. Finished documents are saved in ContractWorks, where permissions, version history, and metadata are managed. AXDRAFT supports redlining and real-time collaboration, with conditional logic to ensure consistency and compliance. The two systems together provide end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including pre-signature workflows and reporting. Signing is performed through ContractWorks' ReadySign or related integrations.
