As Director of Dietetics, you’ll be responsible for leading Nourish’s RD Clinical Quality function, with a focus on increasing the impact of Nourish’s coaching on provider effectiveness, patient retention, and clinical outcomes. You’ll manage a team of Clinical Quality Managers (CQMs) who coach and support over 7k Registered Dietitians at Nourish. You’ll play a central role in shaping how Nourish delivers high quality nutrition care by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team of managers. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional clinical skills with leadership expertise, empowering all clinicians to thrive while driving measurable outcomes for patients and providers.
