We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution in a technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management expertise with an understanding of both technology and business outcomes. You will be responsible for driving projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will enable seamless collaboration, promote structured execution, and ensure that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. The role also involves implementing best practices, identifying process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across teams. You will act as a key facilitator, ensuring that teams remain focused, productive, and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
  • Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient project execution
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance and key metrics
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams
  • Remove obstacles that impact team productivity and ensure smooth workflow
  • Promote best practices in project management and team collaboration
  • Engage with clients when required to ensure clarity, alignment, and satisfaction
