Job Role: HubSpot Automation & CRM Specialist (Lifecycle Focused)
Compensation range: $2,500 - $3,500 AUD/month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9.00 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

They combine design, engineering, and digital innovation to deliver high-quality products and seamless customer experiences. The business is heavily focused on e-commerce growth, system integrations, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey across digital platforms.
About the Role
We are looking for a HubSpot specialist to own, build, and continuously improve our lifecycle marketing and CRM system.
This is not a generalist marketing role.
The focus is on:
- Designing and implementing end-to-end workflows
- Structuring and maintaining clean CRM data
- Improving lead conversion across the funnel
You will work closely with our growth and development teams to ensure that all customer interactions — from first touch through to purchase — are captured, tracked, and optimised inside HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimise HubSpot workflows (lead nurture, lifecycle stages, automation logic)
- Take ownership of improving lead-to-customer conversion across key funnels
- Own and maintain CRM structure, including properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
- Build and manage lead funnels, including test ride bookings, D2C purchase journeys, and B2B / dealer leads
- Implement lead scoring and segmentation
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HubSpot and integrated systems
- Work closely with developers to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture into HubSpot
- Build and maintain dashboards for conversion rates, funnel performance, and lead quality
- Identify and fix issues such as broken workflows, duplicate data, and poor attribution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, CRM structure, automation)
- Proven experience building multi-step, logic-based workflows
- Experience owning or managing a CRM system end-to-end
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (e.g. Shopify)
- Experience debugging workflow issues, data inconsistencies, and attribution gaps
- Strong analytical skills (ability to interpret and act on data)
What We’re NOT Looking For:
- General digital marketers (SEO, social media, content-heavy roles)
- Candidates who have only executed campaigns but not built systems
- Agency profiles focused on multiple clients rather than owning one system
