Senior Technical Recruiter
This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Technical Recruiter embedded with engineering teams to hire highly specialized engineers for aerospace, defense, or space systems. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for aerospace engineering roles (TPS, structures & materials, propulsion & GNC, avionics, embedded systems, flight software, test, manufacturing and integration), partnering with hiring managers, building sourcing strategies across aerospace/defense companies, research labs and universities, sourcing passive candidates, developing pipelines, driving offer strategy, tracking pipeline metrics, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. Qualifications include 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with aerospace/defense/space systems, ability to screen and qualify candidates credibly, experience sourcing from aerospace primes/startups/government labs/top universities, ability to operate in a fast-moving startup, strong stakeholder management, and ownership mindset. Desired qualifications include recruiting cleared talent and experience with Greenhouse ATS. Salary range in California is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
