Shift & Rest Days: Night shift with scheduled rest days

Educational Qualification: College Degree

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Group Lead
• Candidates must already be established in the Senior Group Lead role; those still in training for this position are not suitable
• Responsible for managing 4 team leads
• Clients prefer candidates with experience in voice accounts across any line of business (LOB)
• Preferably, candidates should have a strong background in operational excellence and governance
