Senior Estimator (Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Electrical Infrastructure)

The client is seeking a senior-level Estimator with a Quantity Surveying background to take full ownership of the end-to-end estimating and pricing process across civil and electrical infrastructure projects. This role will work closely with the construction team to produce accurate, timely, and commercially sound estimates from tender stage through to project commencement. Key Responsibilities: Complete bill of quantities (BOQ) take-offs from client-provided drawings and documentation Manage the full end-to-end estimating and pricing process across projects Prepare, review, and refine detailed cost estimates for civil and electrical infrastructure works Ensure all estimates are accurate, consistent, and commercially viable Work within Excel-based estimating workflows (flexible depending on experience and systems used) Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify scope, assumptions, and pricing inputs Collaborate with the construction team to align estimates with delivery expectations and project strategy Support tender submissions with complete and well-structured pricing documentation
