Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, guiding the development and execution of business plans.
• Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, monthly/yearly financial reporting, accounting entry, cost control, tax filing and cash flow management.
• Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong accounting, financial and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
