Remote from mainland Portugal
Full-time position
An international customer experience company is currently looking for Lithuanian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a Digital Automotive Services project based in Braga.
This is a remote role, open to candidates already living in mainland Portugal who want to work for a global company while working from home.
Your Role
Provide customer support in Lithuanian and English
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Handle service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Record interactions accurately in internal systems
Requirements
Native or fluent Lithuanian
English B2 level or higher
Currently living in Portugal (mainland)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a structured support environment
Salary & Benefits
920€ base salary (14 months)
45€ complexity bonus (11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
Additional benefits include:

Welcome bonus paid during the first year

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00
Weekends off
