Description
REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on experience with AI Agents and automation tools (e.g., Claude Cowork, or similar) - not just using LLMs for search, but demonstrable experience automating personal or business tasks with AI
Strong understanding of at least one enterprise process group (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Design-to-Operate, Procure-to-Pay, etc.)
Proven experience with project scoping, effort estimation and delivery planning
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences
Strong negotiation skills for client engagements and stakeholder management
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Critical thinking and structured problem-solving mindset must
Ability to work effectively as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with large enterprise clients in consulting roles
Background in business process optimization or digital transformation
Understanding of AI/ML concepts
RESPONSIBILITIES
AI Discovery & Client Advisory
Lead AI Discovery Workshops for large enterprise clients to assess their business readiness for AI implementation
Evaluate organizational AI maturity and identify automation opportunities aligned with client pain points and strategic priorities
Identify areas where AI can be scaled across the organization for maximum business impact
Consult clients on various AI tools and technologies, providing clear recommendations on optimal solutions with supporting rationale
Deliver compelling demonstrations of AI capabilities and use cases to stakeholders
AI Project Implementation
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders during AI project delivery
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
Present project results and outcomes to clients, articulating business value and technical achievements
Create project scopes, effort estimations, and delivery timelines
Product Development Contribution
Participate in
Graip.AI - AI Solutions for Document Processing product roadmap discussions and sprint planning sessionsBring client feedback, market insights and feature requests gathered from pre-sales meetings and active projects
Contribute ideas for product improvements based on real-world enterprise use cases
