DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Professional Services Manager reports to the executive management and leads a geographically diverse team of delivery engineers and consultants responsible for deployments, customer satisfaction, detailed design and general professional services. The role acts as a bridge between presales and live services, where collaboration with internal teams, partners, and suppliers is essential.
As the Professional Services Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and onboard team members, supporting their professional and career development.
- Foster a proactive, positive team culture, leading by example.
- Ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery of all billable projects, including proper follow-up and closure.
- Standardize and optimize key processes (e.g. demos, deployment, communication, and reporting).
- Act as a mentor and main point of contact, supporting both technical and soft skills development.
- Serve as a technical escalation point, ensuring a customer-first approach and proper reporting.
- Optimize and allocate resources effectively across the team and the Northern region.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and define MBOs to monitor performance and development.
- Support and contribute to daily operations and the overall services function.
- Drive service growth by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
- Collaborate with sales and presales, taking ownership of the full delivery lifecycle.
- Work closely with management to drive innovation, optimize processes, and grow the services department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Professional Services Manager​:
- In-depth knowledge of vendors and solutions within the Exclusive Networks portfolio.
- Strong communication, listening, and advisory skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is an advantage
- Possesses the following soft skills: diplomacy, leadership, persuasiveness, empathy, assertiveness, stress resilience, and teamwork.
