Job Summary

Your Career We’re looking for an exceptional marketing professional who can lead Field Marketing for the MCA (Multi-countries Region including countries like Colombia, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Caribbean) through Palo Alto Network’s next phase of growth and AI transformation. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Marketing for Latin America. We are seeking a marketer who is also an individual with passion, authenticity, great communication skills, and a track record of building solid quarterly plans, and excellent in driving outstanding business results. Are you a sales-oriented, customer-obsessed marketing professional with deep business acumen and disruptive thinking who can lead through change to consistently deliver on aggressive growth targets? Your Impact • Create a demand generation plan that aligns with strategic growth initiatives, optimizes the regional marketing mix, and maximizes ROI • Accelerate business growth through innovative field marketing programs that are focused on the end-to-end customer journey to deliver on pipeline and bookings targets • Partner closely with sales leadership and additional key stakeholders to drive thought leadership, deepen relationships with CxOs and other decision makers, acquire new logos, and accelerate platform consolidation with existing customers • Build a highly effective marketing operation that scales efficiently, maintains focus on top business priorities, enhances the customer experience, and ensures brand consistency across every touch point.

Qualifications

Your Experience • 8 years of marketing experience in technology, establishing strong cross-functional relationships, and delivering results at scale. • Subject matter expert with a deep understanding of marketing-sourced pipeline creation strategies, tactics and conversion metrics, and a commitment to innovation and growth. • Strong track record of driving marketing excellence, setting clear goals aligned with business priorities, and exceeding targets. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or technology Please submit your resume in English only so that it can be properly evaluated by the Hiring team.
