Job Description

- Follow the established procedures for producing artisan bread and pastries. - Lead the kitchen team, distribute tasks and apply staff schedule. - Implement new recipes and R&D as required by the management. - Implement and carefully follow quality control procedures. - Design and follow a daily production plan. - Responsible for KPI implementation of production and food safety. - Responsible for waste reduction and stock counts. - Responsible of kitchen and kitchen staff hiegene. - Schedule and follow up of equipment maintenance / plumbing. - Record all production data on the ERP system. - Prepare daily reports on a spreadsheet system.

Qualifications

- Experience baking artisan bread and pastries professionally. - Experience in kitchen and kitchen staff management. - Experience in Office applications, word processing, spreadsheets. - Ability to lead, improve processes, and innovate.
