Oracle Functional Financial Lead Manager (Makati) | Hybrid

Responsibilities: Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements. Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs. Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes. Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.
