Job Description:

Exp: 5 to 12 Years

Location: Pune, Chennai, Bangalore (Sarjapura)

Duration 6 months or extendable to 1 Year

Mode: Hybrid Model

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days joiners high preferred

Minimum 5-15 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application.
Good Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Service Portal.
Experience in Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies.
Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Understand the full application lifecycle
ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS ITSM/Discovery
