We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator ready to develop their career in tech project management. You'll be supporting Web & Digital Solutions team and project managers in efficiently managing projects. You will be involved in various activities related to planning, monitoring, coordination, and verification of project tasks. Additionally, you'll help the team carry out projects as efficiently as possible. You will work closely with our Web & Digital Solutions team supporting projects related to website development, CMS implementations, and digital platform creation. Your role will include coordinating tasks between designers, developers, strategists, and content specialists to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality delivery. In your role, you'll be responsible for: * supporting retainer clients by staying in regular contact, helping coordinate communication, and working closely with the team to make sure client requests are handled smoothly. * providing support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring tasks & project progress. * assisting in preparing project documentation and creating/managing tasks on platforms like Asana and Notion. * aiding in some project tasks on the HubSpot platform, including content updates. * carrying out other project management-related tasks.
