Job Summary:\nThe Sputter Process Technician is responsible for executing process characterization activities, ensuring sputter process meets key performance parameters, and supporting production through process monitoring and adjustments.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n* Perform process characterization for sputter equipment and materials.\n* Conduct buy-off by verifying key process input variables (KPIV), including pressure, temperature, and voltage.\n* Perform measurements and data collection for characterization samples.\n* Monitor key process output variables (KPOV) during production to ensure process stability and product quality.\n* Perform process adjustments as needed to maintain specifications and resolve deviations.\n* Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues to minimize downtime.\n* Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and adjustments.\n* Adhere to safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols at all times.\n\nQualifications\n--------------\nREQUIRED:\n* Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.\n* At least 0-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or sputter process operations is an advantage.\n\nSKILLS:\n* Knowledge of process control parameters and measurement techniques.\n* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
