We are a lean, tight-knit e-commerce outfit of seven, working remotely from around the globe. If you have already dragged a brand from decent to dominant on Amazon and you are itching to do it again, faster, keep reading.

Who YOU Must Be

  • A straight-up assassin who's already scaled at least one 7-figure Amazon brand (3+ years of proven experience driving significant growth).
  • Fluent in traffic growth (ranking + PPC), conversion lifts, and ruthless PPC optimization.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon ranking, conversion, PPC, keyword relevancy, and Brand Analytics (SQP).
  • Data-obsessed, KPI-driven, allergic to excuses. You monitor critical metrics (conversion rates, rankings, keyword relevancy, etc.) and leverage insights to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and maintaining consistent communication with a global team via Slack to share updates, solve problems, and drive results.

Your Core Objectives

  • Traffic Domination: Own organic ranking and PPC strategies to boost overall revenue and profitability.
  • Conversion Alchemy: Turn browsers into buyers with expert listing optimization (writing and refining listings, keyword research, best practices to enhance visibility, CTR, and conversions) & A/B testing.
  • PPC Sharpshooting: Nuke wasted spend and double-down on winners, strategically planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns for efficiency and growth (keeping ACoS and TACoS top of mind).

Your Squad

You'll have a squad at your back that includes:

  • Logistics team to keep shelves stocked & fees lean.
  • Graphic designer for scroll-stopping creatives.
  • Support Staff for grunt-work (case logs, reimbursements, etc.).

What Winning Looks Like

  • TACoS trending down while topline and margin trend up.
  • Listings split-tested, polished, and converting above 25 percent.
  • Clear SOPs so the machine scales without you babysitting it.

Compensation Package

  • $2,500-$3,000 monthly base
  • 15% of every dollar of profit growth you create
