Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Work independently and collaboratively in a client‑facing laboratory environment
Support raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands‑on laboratory tasks
Prepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutions
Perform general lab support activities, including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly
Complete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately and on time
Enter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards
Partner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize and coordinate laboratory support needs
Follow all GMP and regulatory requirements and help maintain inspection readiness at all time

Qualifications

High School Diploma - Associate's Degree preferred
Must have laboratory operations experience
Availability to work full time, first shift, on a long-term basis
Strong Computer and Organizational skills
cGMP experience is desirable.
Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Can balance multiple assignments and perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas

Additional Information

Position is full-time, first-shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Pay range: $18.50 - $19.50
