Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaboratively in a client‑facing laboratory environment
- Support raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands‑on laboratory tasks
- Prepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutions
- Perform general lab support activities, including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly
- Complete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately and on time
- Enter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards
- Partner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize and coordinate laboratory support needs
- Follow all GMP and regulatory requirements and help maintain inspection readiness at all time

Qualifications
- High School Diploma - Associate's Degree preferred
- Must have laboratory operations experience
- Availability to work full time, first shift, on a long-term basis
- Strong Computer and Organizational skills
- cGMP experience is desirable.
- Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Can balance multiple assignments and perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas
Additional Information
Position is full-time, first-shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Pay range: $18.50 - $19.50
