Lead Fullstack Engineer (WFH) | Midshift

Lead a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code review Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using: React/TypeScript frontend with Mantine component library Python backend services (Flask, FastAPI, or similar) GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client (frontend) and Python-based GraphQL servers Drive technical decision-making processes while balancing business requirements with technical constraints Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes across the entire stack Collaborate with product management and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications Design and implement scalable data models and APIs to support complex business logic Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across multiple applications
