Internal Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless Quote to Order process.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Manage and grow business with assigned customers by implementing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships to drive long-term success.
Oversee the sales process from quote to order, ensuring accurate pricing and smooth order fulfilment.
Ensure profitability targets, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), are met.
Serve as the main contact for RFQs, quoting coordination, order inquiries, and inventory management, addressing shortages and returns.
Build and maintain long-term business partnerships, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide strategic service and support.

WHO YOU ARE:

You have sales experience and a strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive business growth.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You are confident and decisive, able to handle time pressure while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
You can adapt to a dynamic and multicultural team environment, working collaboratively to achieve business goals.
You take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating a high level of accountability and professionalism.
You are proficient in Excel and capable of handling data analysis and reporting tasks with confidence.
You are fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.
