Integrations Services Consultant

As an Integrations Consultant, you will play a vital role in our services team by working closely with customers to understand their business processes and goals. You will leverage this information to build technical solutions that utilize the API to connect ClickUp to other critical business systems within the customer's ecosystem. Your expertise in architecting, developing, and troubleshooting technical solutions - in addition to being a trusted resource to your customers and teammates - will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and goals in order to develop requirements that will inform the integration design.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements and add to a delightful user experience within ClickUp.
  • Act as a solo project manager to lead integration projects end-to-end, in addition to working as a critical member of a larger consulting team on enterprise engagements.
  • Manage a book of important customers simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to deadlines.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to improve methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on using AI to maximize team efficiency.
  • Navigate complex technical environments and adapt swiftly to changes.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and articulate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in APIs, RESTful technologies & JSON objects, iPaaS solutions (Workato [preferred], Boomi, Mulesoft), data models, and technical architecture concepts. Languages should include one of the following: Javascript/TS, Node.js, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of programming design principles, runtime complexity, and code efficiency.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp's (or similar SaaS platforms') core functionality and the ability to build workarounds to product limitations.
  • Industry expertise and knowledge of specific industry use cases are beneficial.
  • Ability to put the customer first and constantly deliver world-class customer experiences.
