MBA Intern, AI Transformation & GTM Strategy
Added 6 days agoWe’re looking for an MBA Summer Intern to drive strategic projects across Topline Pro's go-to-market organization. This role will report to our Chief Operating Officer and work closely with our RevOps, Revenue, and Operations teams.
The primary focus this summer will be accelerating Topline Pro's AI transformation. We're shipping automations, have rolled out Claude org-wide, and have built a framework for how AI projects get prioritized and built across teams. Now we need someone who can help us go deeper by turning early wins into repeatable playbooks, driving cultural adoption, and making sure our approach stays strategic as usage scales. Beyond AI transformation, you'll take on additional strategic projects in areas like competitive positioning and pricing strategy.
You'll be embedded in real workstreams, partnering with team leads, and expected to deliver work that directly shapes how Topline Pro operates and competes.
⚡ What You'll Do Lead Topline Pro's AI Transformation Strategy (Primary Project)
- Partner with Sales, CX, and Marketing leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-powered workflows and automations
- Run discovery sprints with team leads to surface pain points, map current workflows, and prioritize builds based on time savings and business impact
- Help maintain and evolve Topline Pro's AI governance framework: usage policy, guidelines, and project intake processes that enable fast experimentation without unnecessary risk
- Champion cultural adoption of AI across the organization by helping teams move from awareness to active usage by celebrating wins, sharing learnings, and making AI feel accessible rather than intimidating
- Build and refine playbooks that help non-technical teams identify, scope, and ship their own AI workflows
- Track and measure the impact of AI initiatives (time saved, cost per outcome, adoption rates) and synthesize learnings into recommendations
- Document and systematize successful AI workflows so they can be replicated across teams
Drive Strategic GTM Analyses (Possible Secondary Projects)
- Conduct competitive positioning analysis to inform how Topline Pro differentiates in market
- Analyze pricing strategy, discounting patterns, and packaging to surface recommendations that improve deal quality and retention
- Deliver structured recommendations to leadership with clear frameworks and supporting data
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on operations, strategy, or technology
- Strong analytical chops and comfortable with data, frameworks, and structured problem-solving
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes how teams work
- Hands-on experience with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
- Ability to operate in ambiguity by taking a loosely defined problem, structuring it, and driving toward a recommendation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energized by fast-paced, startup environments where priorities shift and scrappiness matters
- Bias toward action by shipping something imperfect than wait for the perfect plan
