Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or any similar discipline is required for this position.
Masters degree in Business Administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
Certification/professional license (Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and/or Juris Doctor) is preferred but not required.
At least 10 years experience in Branch Banking Operations in a managerial capacity.
Strong ability to lead and manage teams.

Responsibilities:

Branch Operations: Assist the BBG Head in the branch operation aspect by ensuring that the branches and its support units strictly adhere to approved and established policies and procedures of the bank in its day-to-day operation.
Talent Management: Conducts pre-audit examination to all branches as necessary.
Customer Service Functions: Acts/reports branches clients complaint and resolve immediately within the specified period.
Centralized Clearing Unit Management: Implements effective workflow of clearing operations into operating efficiency and cost-effective processes.
Cash Management Unit: Conceptualizes and implements policies that promote effective workflow of cash management operations into operating efficiency, cost-effective processes, and safety of cash, personnel, and other assets of the bank
