Job Description: Salesforce Admin with CPQ Experience

LOCATION: GURURGAM

WORK FROM OFFICE

Contract Duration: 12 MONTHS (C2H)

Number of positions: 02

Responsibilities:

Streamline pricing and quoting through CPQ implementation
Automate processes using Apex, batch classes, and triggers to enhance system performance
Provide deployment support, system enhancements, and day-to-day support
Configure Email-to-Case for efficient customer support management
Specialize in Copado for Salesforce DevOps, focusing on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
Serve as Release Manager using Copado, deploying CPQ components, and proficient in metadata and data migration deployment in Copado
Implement and configure Conga Composer to streamline document generation
Execute DocuSign implementation and configuration for secure electronic signature processes
Manage basic billing operations and invoicing using Salesforce Billing
Enhance approval processes and billing functionalities
Perform PMD fixes on Salesforce test classes and Apex classes to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
