We are seeking a results-driven Regional Business Manager to lead and expand the OTC business across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, strengthening distribution networks, and building a strong presence in the derma-cosmetic and skincare segment. You will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, developing market strategies, and ensuring effective execution across chemist and distributor channels. As a key business leader, you will oversee team performance, enhance market penetration, and deliver sustainable growth by leveraging market insights, customer relationships, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent growth across the OTC division
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to Tamil Nadu and Kerala markets
  • Manage and strengthen chemist and distributor (DA) channels for improved reach and efficiency
  • Expand distribution networks to ensure product availability across key retail outlets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to achieve high performance and productivity
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives
  • Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and collections to maintain healthy business operations
  • Prepare and present MIS reports with actionable insights for leadership decision-making

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10–12 years of experience in OTC, derma-cosmetic, or skincare industry
  • Strong hands-on experience managing chemist and distributor channels
  • Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and distribution strategies
