Our client, a well-established multinational D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA selling high quality pet products (supplements) is looking for an experienced professional to fill an immediate opening for an Social Media Accounts Manager for a full-time remote job.
You will be responsible for managing the company's overall social media strategy, execution, and community engagement to grow our reach, increase awareness of our products, and position our company as the industry leader.
The successful candidate will focus on curating, sourcing and scheduling social media content for our social media platforms and channels; listening to and engaging with our audience on social media; and measuring and reporting on social media analytics and performance.
If you have command of best practices and trends in social media, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and engage a digital audience, we would love to hear from you!
About You:
- Have 3 years or related experience
- Love to analyze numbers and identify new social media strategies.
- Have experience in developing social media strategies for physical products;
- Are good in written and spoken English;
- Self-motivated team player who is committed to help the company growth and evolvement (we are looking for a person who will become a part of the company, not only its employee);
Responsibilities:
- create and manage social media strategy for such USA social platforms FB, IG, Amazon, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. ;
- analyze and report on social media performance to improve the company's strategy and overall effectiveness;
- gain loyal audience in all available channels;
- sell products through social media channels;
- launch new products on social media;
- work with influencers: search for new ones for cooperation and audience growth;
- communicate with potential customers;
Your advantage will be:
experience working with companies selling on Amazon, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
deep understanding of the US market and experience in working with it
experience with similar products and brands (supplements, animals products)
You have an interest in natural products and healthy living and you like animals.
