- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure through defined technical services;\n* Interface with relevant technical stakeholders to support continuity and reliability of network operations;\n* Analyze network performance and identify areas for optimization based on measurable indicators;\n* Diagnose and resolve network-related incidents within agreed service parameters;\n* Implement and configure network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, in accordance with validated architectures;\n* Deliver technical assistance and usage guidance to designated service recipients;\n* Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of network-related technical documentation, policies, and procedures;\n* Support the preparation and execution of network upgrades and migration activities.
