What You Will Be Doing:

Selling banking products and solutions within assigned sales channels

Acquiring and developing clients and agents, including corporate security firms, consulting firms, and e-commerce service providers

Conducting client meetings, consultations, and regular field visits

Managing client applications and supporting deals through approval

Ensuring high-quality sales execution and accurate documentation

Adhering to compliance requirements and internal bank procedures

Maintaining CRM data and sales reporting

Achieving individual KPIs and sales targets

Participating in training programs and pilot projects

About you:

At least 3-4 years of working experience

Proven experience leading or supervising field sales teams

Background in FMCG, B2B field sales, or similar fast-paced sales environments

Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and performance control

Experience working with agents, partners, or distributed sales channels

Ability to build teams from scratch and scale operations across markets

Confident communicator with strong leadership and coaching skills

Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Willingness to work hands-on in the field and across multiple locations
