Sales Development Representative (SDR) - German Speaker

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is a fluent German speaker with 5+ years of outbound sales experience. This is a high-impact remote SDR role focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities within the German-speaking market.

You will engage with key decision-makers, build strong pipelines, and play a critical role in driving revenue growth across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in German and English

  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the DACH region

  • Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives

  • Develop tailored outreach strategies aligned with regional market nuances

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

  • Accurately track activities and manage leads using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting

  • Consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills

  • Proven experience targeting or selling into DACH markets

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools

  • Excellent communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills

  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven

  • Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
