Sales Development Representative (SDR) - German Speaker
We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is a fluent German speaker with 5+ years of outbound sales experience. This is a high-impact remote SDR role focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities within the German-speaking market.
You will engage with key decision-makers, build strong pipelines, and play a critical role in driving revenue growth across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in German and English
Identify and qualify potential clients within the DACH region
Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
Develop tailored outreach strategies aligned with regional market nuances
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Accurately track activities and manage leads using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
Consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)
5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills
Proven experience targeting or selling into DACH markets
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
Excellent communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated and results-driven
Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
