Your new role

As our new Lead Electrical Engineer, you will work to create Data Center solutions for our clients. You will be part of our Nordics group for Data Center Facilities in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You will work as part of passionate teams filled with talents from all over the world, your core colleagues are in locations across all four Nordic countries, but you’ll also become part of our Global Data Center Spearhead and will benefit from +150 Data Center specialists in the U.K., U.S.A., India, Germany and Asia as your new colleagues.

We have a flexible and hybrid working model where we work from within Ramboll’s offices, from home and online. We travel as needed but also respect family and other personal responsibilities to support a strong work-life balance for everyone.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring, and coordinating electrical design teams across the Nordics, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and high‑quality implementation.
Actively contributing to the growth and development of our Nordic business, strengthening our electrical capability and positioning Ramboll at the forefront of the data center market.
Partnering closely with clients to understand their strategic ambitions and translate business goals into robust, future‑proof technical solutions.
Defining and delivering leading‑edge electrical concepts and design solutions for mission‑critical data center environments.
Acting as a trusted interface with authorities, utilities, and other third parties, shaping constraints into clear solution spaces and unlocking project progress.
