About the Role
We’re looking for an Administrative Manager to keep Solidgate’s offices running smoothly and make work life easier, happier, and more efficient for our teams across multiple locations. You’ll own day-to-day operations, manage vendors and supplies, organize events that actually bring people together, and handle travel and logistics so teams can stay focused and mobile.
What you’ll own
— Keep our offices running like clockwork: optimize workflows, coordinate with vendors, and oversee facilities across our global offices.
— Manage business trips and logistics: organize travel related to partner collaboration, ensuring smooth coordination, timely arrangements, and thoughtful details — from itineraries to partner gifts.
— Handle admin processes that keep day-to-day operations smooth and efficient.
— Own cost planning, procurement, and supplier management to keep everything on budget and on track.
— Lead corporate events, team buildings, and off-sites that actually bring people together and strengthen our culture.
You’re a great fit if you have

— High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
— English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
