Description
Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences across platforms that elevate customer engagement and support business goals. Apply a human-centered design approach to frame problems, co-create solutions, and build value across digital touchpoints. Craft UX deliverables, including site maps, user flows, experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Translate user insights and behavioral data into design strategy, ensuring all work aligns with business objectives and KPIs. Conduct comparative and competitive analyses, stakeholder interviews, and research to inform design and innovation opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, engineering, delivery, legal, and compliance teams to deliver accessible, ADA-compliant designs. Leverage strong visual and interaction design skills using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to communicate and iterate quickly. Actively contribute to team critiques, workshops, and the evolution of the design system and best practices—including AI-enabled UX.
