Candidate Profile: Full Stack Engineer (AI-Assisted Product Development)
Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in UI/UX design, capable of building standalone mobile and web apps and delivering fast MVPs. Proficient in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Flutter/React Native) with hands-on GitLab (CI/CD, version control) experience. Skilled in leveraging AI tools like Claude or Codex for rapid development. Ideal candidate is execution-driven, design-focused, and able to independently deliver scalable, production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy standalone mobile and web applications from concept to MVP.
Translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces.
Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Codex) to accelerate delivery.
Set up and maintain GitLab repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
Ensure applications are modular, reusable, and can be deployed independently across environments.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-impact, production-ready MVPs.
Core Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Full Stack Development:
Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue (Web), Modern JavaScript
Mobile: React Native / Flutter / native (iOS/Android)
Backend: Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks
Proven track record of building and launching MVPs or early-stage products.
Hands-on experience with GitLab (repositories, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies).
Familiarity with API design, microservices, and standalone app architecture.
Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for rapid development.
Strong understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.
Ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of DevOps, containerization (Docker), and scalable deployment strategies.
Exposure to UX/UI best practices for intuitive application design.
