Reservations Agent Car Rental Company (On-Site in Malta)

Are you fluent in Italian and English (C1) and looking for an exciting role in customer service? Join our team as a Reservations Agent for a leading Car Rental Company in Malta!

Location: On-site Malta

Schedule: Monday to Sunday | Shifts between 08:00 to 19:00

Eligibility: Only local candidates

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with car rental reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving booking-related issues.
• Process and confirm reservations while ensuring accuracy in customer details.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian & English (C1 level).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Prior customer service or reservations experience is a plus but not required.
