Project Manager (Residential Construction)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction to support ongoing home-building projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of building homes from permitting and planning to contractor coordination and execution. You will work closely with the team to manage timelines, oversee contractors, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. 

Key Responsibilities

Project & Construction Management

● Oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion

● Coordinate and manage contractors (roofers, framers, electricians, etc.)

● Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards

● Assist with contractor selection, onboarding, and approvals

Permits & Compliance

● Manage building permits and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

● Track documentation and approvals throughout each project 

Coordination & Communication

● Act as the main point of contact between contractors, stakeholders, and internal team

● Provide consistent updates on project progress, risks, and timelines 

● Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth execution

Systems & Tools

● Use project management tools to track progress, timelines and documentation

● Maintain organized project records and workflows

Requirements

● Proven experience in residential construction project management or home building

● Strong experience working with contractors (roofers, framers, electricians, etc.)

● Solid understanding of construction processes, timelines and sequencing

● Experience handling permits and building codes

● Strong organizational and communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Comfortable working remotely and independently

Working Hours

● Full-time role 

● Must overlap with EST working hours

Nice to Have

● Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction/project management tools

● Experience working with US-based construction teams

● Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset 

USD 1,000 - 1,100 per-month-salary
