Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans for the semiconductor industry to achieve annual sales targets (AOP).
  • Analyze semiconductor industry trends, technology roadmaps, and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and formulate targeted expansion plans.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the semiconductor sales team to enhance professional capabilities, sales efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
  • Set team goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the breakdown and execution of sales tasks.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with core customers in the semiconductor industry (e.g., wafer fabs, OSATs, material suppliers, equipment manufacturers), establishing strategic relationships at the executive level.
  • Lead the planning, progression, and closing of major projects to secure key orders and ensure successful execution.
  • Organize or participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer engagement activities to enhance the company's brand presence in the semiconductor sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in chemistry, analytical chemistry, materials, microelectronics, semiconductor physics, instrumentation, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in semiconductor industry sales or marketing, and 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry value chain (e.g., wafer fabrication, OSAT, materials, equipment) and established key customer relationships are preferred.
  • Understanding of analytical instrument applications in the semiconductor industry, such as high-purity material impurity analysis, wet chemical testing, environmental monitoring, and quality control.
  • Strong market insight, strategic planning skills, and ability to engage key accounts.
  • Proven team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
