Sales Development Representative - (East Coast)
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in outbound sales to support outbound lead generation and pipeline growth.
This is a remote SDR role requiring availability during East Coast (EST) business hours, focused on engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing services
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging
Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns
Track and report on outreach performance and KPIs
Consistently meet and exceed targets (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
5+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in customer-facing roles, or lead generation
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.)
Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to work East Coast (EST) hours
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Experience selling marketing services or SaaS solutions is a plus
