You will join a new and agile team as a core builder of our AI Customer Service platform. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be writing code that connects Large Language Models (LLMs) to our payment systems. You will learn how to build "ChatGPT-like" experiences that are grounded in financial data—helping customers with everything from refunds to transaction explanations—all while maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy. Responsibilities: Build AI Features: Write clean, maintainable code to implement new features for our AI customer service agent. Work with LLMs: Gain hands-on experience integrating with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models. You'll learn how to prompt models effectively to get accurate, safe financial answers. Connect the Dots: Help build the "plumbing" that allows the AI to look up specific transaction details. You'll connect the AI engine to our internal APIs so it can retrieve real data (like "was this payment successful?") and perform actions. Smart Search: Work with vector databases to help the bot find the right policy documents or FAQ answers instantly. Learn Fintech Best Practices: Understand how to handle sensitive data. You'll learn how to build features that respect PCI compliance and keep customer information secure while still leveraging AI. Test and Improve: Help build tools to test the AI's answers. Did the bot give the right refund amount? Did it sound helpful? You'll help us measure and improve that.
