Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 8000000 (ie INR 30-80 LPA)

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines that support high-performance applications. This role is critical in bridging development and operations by enabling continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation across systems. Based in Bengaluru, this full-time position is ideal for a candidate with strong DevOps expertise who can drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability in cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline development workflows, improve system resilience, and ensure seamless deployments. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production and staging environments
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize build, test, and deployment processes
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure system health and uptime
  • Manage containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Drive best practices in DevOps, including automation, version control, and release management
  • Support disaster recovery planning, backups, and system resilience strategies
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and deployment workflows
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve DevOps efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
  • Strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and modern development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments
