Added 5 days agoAbout the job: Collections Team Lead - Travel Outbound Collections (QC) | Onsite\n\nNature Of the Account: Travel Outbound Collections\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nType of Support: Voice\n\nWork Arrangement: 100% Onsite (EDSA, Quezon City)\n\nShift Schedule: shifting, can be set up at day, mid, or night shift\n\nEducational Requirement:\n\nFinished at least 2 years in college without back subject(s)\n\nWork Experience:\n\nOverall 2 years team lead experience, and 1 year collections supervisor background (Financial Banking/Telco/Healthcare, etc.)\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Supervision & Mentoring: Leading, motivating, and providing ongoing support and guidance to team members.\n- Performance Monitoring: Tracking individual and team metrics (KPIs), conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.\n- Training & Development: Providing ongoing coaching and training on collection techniques, internal systems, and customer service skills to enhance team capabilities.\n- Workforce Management: Coordinating work assignments, managing schedules and leave requests, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet operational demands.\n- Fostering a Positive Environment: Building a motivating and collaborative work culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
