Job Summary :
We are looking for a high-energy Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You aren't just a "resume pusher"—you are a talent advisor who understands the difference between Java and JavaScript and knows how to build meaningful relationships with the hiring managers. With 3 to 6 years of experience, you’ve likely mastered the
art of the "cold reach out" and have a proven track record of closing difficult technical roles in a competitive market.

**Key Responsibilities: ** Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring a high-touch experience for every candidate.
Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn. Use GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche Slack communities, and Boolean strings to find "passive" talent that others miss.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a consultant to leadership. Help define job requirements, refine interview rubrics, and provide data-driven market insights to set realistic hiring expectations.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and diverse pipeline of candidates. You’ll be responsible for keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up to date.
Candidate Experience: Be the "face" of the company. Ensure every candidate—whether hired or not—has a positive, transparent, and professional experience.
Offer Negotiation: Navigate complex compensation packages (Base, Bonus, Equity/RSUs) and close candidates with a high success rate.
