How are we doing it?

We’re solving this by disrupting the wealth management industry with DLTA, our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology. We’re making super and investments more timely and making the information more accessible whilst enabling wealth management companies to offer more cost effective solutions: all with the goal of improving the financial wellbeing of all Australians.

Lead with authenticity, role modelling our values to inspire with passion
Lead our product design and development for Super and partner with our product and engineering leaders and teams to ensure our delivered product solves legacy pain points for clients, with the objective to drive better outcomes for the end customer
Support our Chief Product Officer to build out our Product Strategy to achieve enterprise objectives and commercial outcomes including growth, ensuring leading product practices are applied including discovery, design and product performance metrics
Champion our customers (including internal) to deliver high quality solutions with exceptional user experience and interface design.
Collaborate with Product, Technology and Delivery leaders to define our Product & Technology roadmap, ensuring the roadmap allocates appropriate capacity to continually improve our technology, deliver improvements for clients and their end customers, and ensuring regulatory & compliance changes
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our third-party providers and other external stakeholders as appropriate
Support our growth strategy including partnering with our Strategy and Transformation teams to support interactions with prospects and transitioning new clients.
Proactively own development as an enterprise, including the development of future leaders
Role model a commitment to continually evolving our risk culture as a differentiator for our people and clients
Proactively continue to learn and develop as an enterprise leader

Please note this role is an initial 6 month fixed-term contract
