Client Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused Client Support Specialist to join our global Customer Support team. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing queries related to background screening and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient experience throughout the process.
Our support team operates across multiple countries in a fully remote environment. We value responsiveness, clarity, and collaboration — and we work at pace to ensure our clients receive the level of service they expect and deserve.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing support to clients ordering background checks, including criminal history checks, employment and education verifications, reference checks, and licence validations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries promptly, including supporting Account Managers by providing insights about their clients.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy laws and company policies by handling sensitive information securely and professionally.
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing background checks in internal systems, escalating delays and addressing bottlenecks where required.
