We are hiring on behalf of a leading global consulting and professional services organization working on large-scale enterprise transformation programs. The team is driving AI adoption across core business functions, helping a major international software company become truly data-driven.

You will join an international, cross-functional environment delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions that transform how organizations operate across Finance, Procurement, and HR domains. The focus is on real-world implementation — designing, building and scaling production-ready AI systems using modern cloud and engineering practices.

Tasks:

Design, develop and deploy AI and generative AI (LLM-based) solutions from proof of concept to enterprise production
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows
Develop backend services and APIs for AI-driven applications (e.g., FastAPI, Flask)
Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices to automate model training, testing and deployment
Develop and integrate multi-agent and LLM-based systems into business workflows
Ensure reliability, scalability, observability and compliance of deployed solutions
Work closely with product owners, data scientists and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions
Contribute to engineering best practices and support junior team members when needed
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python (Java is also acceptable)
Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django or similar)
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD and MLOps pipelines
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or Databricks)
Experience with data processing, ETL pipelines and APIs
Understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data platforms
Strong English communication skills
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude

Nice to have:

Experience with generative AI or LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI)
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP AI Core or SAP BTP
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira
