Job Description

Primary Function of Position As Sr.Manager, IT -Supply Chain Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for driving the design, development, and integration of Procure to Pay applications. This role will also work closely with senior leadership and peers across Intuitive's Direct Procurement and IT organization. Essential Job Duties Review current business application and solution landscape to develop Procure to Pay Solutions roadmap in the areas of Sourcing, Materials Requirment planning, Procurement execution and Supplier Collaboration functions Provide leadership in functional design, implementation, and support of the Procure to Pay applications

Operate as a trusted IT partner and IT applications leader for Direct Procurement business functions. Work with key business stakeholders to analyze requirements and assess impact of use cases, to ensure the solution will produce desired business outcomes. Investigate, research and evaluate new applications and/or technologies and application integrations that will improve business productivity. Building business case and estimate, clearly setting expectation with business on scope and timeline Engage with vendors to determine solutions that best fit to the Procure to Pay solutions roadmap Ensure that solution architecture designed by solution architects and analysts are scalable and in sync with business needs. Perform deep analysis to translate complex business information to actionable system activities; recommend best practices; and present associated technical process components. Coaches other team members with design and thought leadership to achieve organizational goals. Interact on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business leadership, SME and IT team members to support business operations and drive change management. Facilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders. Identify and participate in prioritization of business capabilities and act as a catalyst for building mature and scalable processes. Coaching and teaching: Teaches reports to perform current job tasks and provides coaching and development for 1-2 years out Accountability: Accountable for team goals and for other managers and individuals on the team - creative in succeeding Personal commitment: Recognizes potential team issues, proposed solutions, and gains commitment of team and other peer managers. Build high performance Organization: Hires, trains, develops teams and other managers

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience Experience implementing SAP Procure to Pay solutions and Supplier collaboration tools in a medical device or high tech manufacturing industry is required. Minimum 12+ years of Implementing Supply Chain applications is required. Five or more years of experience as a people leader is required. In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Materials Requirement Planning, Sourcing and Supplier Collaboration are required

Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing ,Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired. Experience in medical device manufacturing or lifesciences industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization. Required Education and Training (As applicable - Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience is required

This position may be filled at a different job level than listed here depending on business need and/or on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills. Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
