We’re looking for someone who enjoys building teams as much as building processes.

This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People & Culture. In a small, fast-moving team like ours, that means you’ll likely be involved in everything from finding great engineers to organizing team lunches to setting up HR policies that make sense for a growing startup.

If you like variety, ownership, and occasionally wearing multiple hats (sometimes in the same afternoon), you’ll probably enjoy this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hiring & Talent

- Own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, research, and operations roles

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, communities, hiring platforms, and referrals

- Work closely with founders to understand hiring needs and define roles

- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates have a great experience

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

- Manage onboarding and employee documentation

- Help create and maintain HR policies (leave policy, code of conduct, etc.)

- Support employee engagement, feedback loops, and internal processes

- Ensure the people side of the company runs smoothly

Culture & Workplace Experience

- Help shape our internal culture as the team grows

- Organize team events, learning sessions, and occasional offsites

- Keep the workplace collaborative, thoughtful, and human

Community & Talent Outreach

- Support campus hiring from IITs, IISc, IIITs, and similar institutes

- Build relationships with talent communities and academic networks

- Support employer branding and hiring communication on platforms like LinkedIn

What We’re Looking For

- ~2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations

- Comfortable managing end-to-end hiring processes

- Organized, proactive, and good at working with different stakeholders

- Strong communication skills
