SAP SuccessFactors Architect
Added 16 days agoWe are seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Architect to lead our SuccessFactors practice, drive pre-sales engagements, and oversee the delivery of end-to-end HR transformation projects. This role combines deep technical and functional expertise with leadership, business development, and client advisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate will champion our SuccessFactors capabilities, lead a high-performing team, and ensure seamless integration with broader enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership
- Build, lead, and grow the organisation’s SAP SuccessFactors practice, ensuring capability development, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.
- Develop service offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets to strengthen delivery efficiency and solution quality.
- Mentor and coach consultants, fostering both technical and consulting skills.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Architect scalable, integrated SuccessFactors solutions across modules such as Employee Central, Talent, Compensation, Learning, and Recruitment.
- Ensure designs align with client HR strategy, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Oversee project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, including integration with payroll, ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), and third-party systems.
Pre-Sales & Business Development
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and deliver compelling client presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, develop proof-of-concepts, and provide accurate effort estimations.
- Advise prospects on HR digital transformation strategies and position SuccessFactors as a strategic enabler.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business leaders.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into solution blueprints.
Quality Assurance & Innovation
Review and validate solution architecture for scalability, performance, and compliance.
Lead testing, data migration validation, and performance optimisation.
Stay abreast of SuccessFactors innovations and incorporate them into solution roadmaps.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, HR, or related field.
10+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and architecture experience, including large-scale global deployments.
Proven track record in practice or team leadership and pre-sales consulting.
Deep expertise in Employee Central (mandatory) and at least two other modules.
Experience with integration tools (SAP Integration Suite, Boomi, MuleSoft); SAP Payroll and S/4HANA integration preferred.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC and other modules
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
