Description
What we’re looking for
As a Sales intern you will play a critical role in growing our business, you’ll join a collaborative, tech-forward sales team at the heart of our GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy. We are hiring for this role because our platform is scaling rapidly, and we need a sharp, agile thinker to help optimize our lead-generation engine and bridge the gap between marketing interest and closed-won deals. This is a premier opportunity to master the modern SaaS tech stack: from Gong to ZoomInfo all while playing a tangible role in building the outreach playbooks that will define our next phase of hyper-growth.
What you’ll be working on
- Architecting the Outreach Pipeline: You will identify and build high-intent prospect lists, executing sophisticated multi-channel outbound sequences (email and phone) to engage C-suite executives at leading IT tech firms.
- Driving Strategic Growth: You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality qualified leads and securing discovery meetings, directly fueling the sales team’s ability to hit aggressive revenue targets.
- Evangelizing the Solution: You will act as the first point of contact for our brand, delivering high-level product narratives that articulate our SaaS value proposition to sophisticated technical stakeholders.
- Optimizing the Sales Stack: You will manage outreach data and prospecting status within Salesforce, ensuring our "Go-to-Market" engine stays clean, organized, and ready for scale.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: You’ll analyze prospect feedback and industry trends to help the broader team refine our messaging and improve the efficiency of our business development strategy.
We’d love to hear from people with
- Academic Foundation: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Strategic Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform deep-dive market research and identify high-value stakeholders within complex organizational structures, specifically within the IT or Software sectors.
- Data Systems Experience: Prior exposure to Salesforce or an equivalent CRM, with a foundational understanding of data integrity, lead lifecycle stages, and pipeline management.
- Value-Based Messaging: Experience (academic or professional) in drafting targeted, multi-touch outreach that identifies specific business "pain points" and maps them to technical software solutions.
- Resilience & Goal Orientation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in high-pressure environments—whether in previous internships, competitive sports, or leadership roles.
The hourly pay provided for this position is CAD $35.00 / hour depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual hourly pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
