We are seeking an experienced Payroll Delivery Leader to manage end-to-end delivery for Philippines and APAC payroll operations. This role involves leading a team of managers, team leads, and processing specialists to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services. You will act as a key client partner, driving service excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless payroll experience across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee payroll delivery for Philippines and APAC clients through a structured team setup
  • Act as the primary stakeholder for clients, ensuring high-quality service and strong relationship management
  • Ensure payroll processing is accurate, compliant, and delivered within defined SLAs
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs related to service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and manage team capacity, hiring, and resource allocation based on client requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement through payroll technology enhancements and process optimization
  • Lead change management initiatives, including deployment of new tools and systems
  • Ensure adherence to regional payroll regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
  • Build team capability through regular training, upskilling, and knowledge development initiatives
  • Foster strong employee engagement, retention, and performance management across teams
